Refund Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid MailBos subscriptions. By purchasing a paid plan you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for MailBos are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Charges on your statement may appear as “Lemon Squeezy” or “MailBos”.

Plans and billing

MailBos offers a free plan (no charge) and paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that initial charge. To request a refund, email support@mailbos.app from your account email with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

Renewals

Renewal charges (the automatic charges after your first period) are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — see “Cancellation” below. If a renewal was charged in error or due to a clear billing fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, from the customer portal linked in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email, or by emailing support@mailbos.app. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterward. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period unless the 14-day guarantee above applies.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, violation of our Terms of Service (for example, sending unlawful or unsolicited bulk email), or excessive usage clearly intended to exploit the guarantee. Free-plan usage is never charged and therefore is not eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@mailbos.app with your account email and order number, or use the customer portal link in your purchase receipt. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
