Terms of Service
By using MailBos, you agree to use the service responsibly and only with accounts, inboxes, contacts, and email data that you are authorized to access.
Website registration and app login
MailBos registration is handled on the website. After creating an account, you must verify your email address before using the MailBos workspace.
Plans, billing and subscriptions
MailBos offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Google and Microsoft accounts
By connecting a Google or Microsoft account to MailBos, you authorize MailBos to access only the data required for the features you choose to use. You remain responsible for your third-party accounts and may disconnect access at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not use MailBos to access data without authorization, send unlawful or abusive messages, violate third-party platform rules, or attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
AI-generated content
MailBos may help draft or transform emails using AI features. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it and for ensuring the final message is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.
Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Production API keys, private tokens, and developer credentials must not be placed in public repositories or shipped inside public app bundles.
